Compliance Officer - Admin

The Role

Stannp is seeking a Compliance Officer who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of compliance across our organisation, ensuring that Stannp is always legally and contractually compliant by upholding best practice and meeting the requirements of recognised standards and accreditations. We have implemented a culture of continuous improvement, and the Compliance Officer would be expected to champion this ethos in their approach and to work within the parameters of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with our current ISO accreditation standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001).
  • Collaborating with departmental management to ensure compliance and investigating irregularities.
  • Coordinate and complete internal audits.
  • Engage with external audits through liaising and cooperating with external auditors.

Required Skills

  • Experience within a similar role, demonstrating skills in managing compliance.
  • Critical problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under own initiative.
